I have been a licensed realtor since 1997, helping both buyers and sellers with residential property in Salt Lake City. Although I have sold homes throughout the Salt Lake valley, I focus on neighborhoods north of 33rd South through the Avenues on the east side.

My goal is to provide honest and professional guidance to my clients. I believe in active communication and strive to be my clients’ window to the market. I am an experienced negotiator and value fairness and success in all transactions.

I grew up in Salt Lake City and know the city well. I have a large “sphere of influence” which includes relationships with the University of Utah (Biology, English and Communications departments), literary arts organizations and a broad section of the area’s outdoor community.
